# Marketing manager

**Requirements**&#x20;

* At least three years experience in marketing.
* Proven successful experience working with major performance marketing tools for at least three years - please include the channels (and numbers) you've worked with in your cover letter.&#x20;
* Solid knowledge of Google.Analytics, internal analytic systems, as well as (optimally, but not critically) multi-channel/through analytics services: Power BI/OWOW BI/etc. - please specify in the cover letter the end-to-end analytics services you are willing to work with.&#x20;
* In-depth understanding of the key marketing metrics - please specify the metrics you consider as the most important to analyze the effectiveness of your activities in the cover letter.&#x20;
* Experience with different attribution models (minimum - understanding what it is and how it works), multi-level advertising campaigns.&#x20;
* Case proven experience in influencing business outcomes of projects you have worked on.&#x20;
* Related IT experience will be a plus.&#x20;
* English C1 level (all materials and content in English) is a minimum.&#x20;
* Creativity, organization, proactive approach (we are driven, want to work with the same kind of people).&#x20;
* Experience of managing digital teams.&#x20;

**Objectives**&#x20;

* We are looking for a strong practitioner in marketing of innovative products and nonstandard promotion who will be trusted with marketing of the brand and all directions.
* Set tasks for designers, SMM managers, copywriters, producers, developers, content writers, control the process, accept the results.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and find points of growth.&#x20;
* Participate in internal projects: creating and improving marketing materials, business process analysis, ROI analytics.
* Set up end-to-end analytics, calculate business and marketing performance metrics, daily ROI analytics, forecasting and reporting.
* Seek out-of-the-box approaches and Growth models.
* Constantly testing creatives.
* Manage SEO + PPC + Content Marketing traffic.
* Study user behavior and adjust strategies.
* Positioning products in the market.&#x20;
* Testing marketing hypotheses for different target audience segments.&#x20;
* Project planning of advertising campaigns, their interaction in the context of brand/products/audience/channels.
* Hypothesis building, finding growth points, planning experiments and implementing best practices based on analytics.&#x20;

**Terms**&#x20;

* Full-time - no overlap possible, possibility of remote work, flexible schedule. Dubai - office. Other locations - remote work.
