# Senior Community Manager

**Requirements** 

* At least three years of experience in marketing communications with similar functionality - please indicate in your cover letter which areas of activity you closed in your previous jobs.
* Experience with Discord, Reddit, Twitter, Telegram - mandatory; 4Chan, Quora - desirable.
* Experience in fintech projects from 1 year (exchanges, IDO platforms, DeFi).
* Good level of financial and IT literacy in cryptocurrencies (you understand the difference between futures and options, market order from limit order, and Solana blockchain from Ethereum).
* In-depth understanding of the specifics of community management and guerrilla marketing (incl. scripted shilling) in the cryptocurrency market.
* Fluent English (C1)
* Practical skills/approaches to audience segmentation, analysis and data-driven communication building - please provide an example approach from your experience in a cover letter.
* Flexibility and creativity to participate in product promotion concepts. 
* Significant advantage: experience bringing new projects to market in highly competitive markets.

**Objectives** 

* Communicate with the community on social networks (Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Telegram)
* Engage the audience in a dialogue, eliminate negative comments
* Develop and implement a strategy for promotion in relevant communities.
* Form and manage a team of community managers.
* Retaining and engaging the current community in Telegram and Discord discussions.
* Setting and controlling a clear SLA on response time.
* Always up-to-date information in the Telegram and Discord communities.
* Preparing weekly reports on the level of health in the community.
* Launch, control and analysis of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new audiences (scripted shilling, promotion by hashtags, viral campaigns, educational campaigns on Quora, advertising at Influencers, etc.). We'll help with ideas ;)
* Budgeting expenses for the community direction.
* Tracking mentions of the brand's account with social media tools available for this purpose.
* Managing user-generated content within the brand (collecting contest submissions, removing content that violates accepted rules, etc.).
* Initiative in terms of recommending improvements to content, using new tools available.
